My name is Erik Gundersen. I am an AmSAT certified Alexander Technique teacher based in Rogers Park on the northside of Chicago.

The Alexander Technique is a wonderful tool for reconnecting with our bodies, letting go of unwanted habits, and regaining trust in our ability to make positive choices for ourselves. This is an enormously beneficial skill in a world that tells us to speed up and try harder at the expense of our well being. Learning and practicing Alexander Technique results in ease, embodied confidence and agency.

It would be an honor to work with you. Please contact me for a free consultation to learn more about Alexander Technique and if it’s right for you!
